Job Description
Overview:
PartTime Monday and Friday 11:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.
Valid Ohio drivers license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection insurance eligibility driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Childrens Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

Essential Functions:
- Maintains schedule to complete routine and ondemand routes daily.
- Handles pickups and deliveries from lab pharmacy homecare referring hospitals clinics physician offices and outpatient centers. Documents all route information and pickups per department guidelines.
- Evaluates and monitors weather conditions throughout shift to preplan for anticipated trips and delays throughout region.
- Maintains safety of cargo and vehicle in accordance with hospital guidelines.
- Assists in training of new staff and documents their progress per department guidelines.
- Provides customer service in an efficient and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction and quality patient care.
Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Licensure Requirement:

Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to use hospital provided cell phone and communication tracking system.
