Responsibilities Include:
Lead train and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies processes and performance metrics.
Monitor team performance track KPIs and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
Collaborate with company leadership to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Identify new business opportunities and support the team in closing highvalue deals.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Conduct regular sales meetings and pipeline reviews.
Represent the company in key client meetings and industry events as needed.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management preferably in construction contracting or related industries.
