Job Description

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Fiscal Technician you will conduct advanced clericalaccounting work involving the application of bookkeeping principles and practices. This professional is responsible for the overall maintenance and execution of all accounts receivable (AR) processes and procedures. You will also manage and complete select accounts payable (AP) processes specifically processing claims from submission to reimbursement for providers billing through the CPR Web platform. We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively analyze varied data and utilize critical thinking skills to identify problems and recognize appropriate solutions.


Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Fulltime employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday Friday with a 30minute lunch.
  • Telework:You will not have the option to telework in this position.
  • Salary:In some cases the starting salary may be nonnegotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year as a Fiscal Assistant;or
  • Three years of work involving the maintenance of fiscal or financial records including one year of responsible work which involves the application of accounting or fiscal principles and practices; and graduation from high school;or
  • One year of experience in maintaining and reviewing fiscal records and an associate degree in accounting or business administration;or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
