Why Choose the Seasonal RN Opportunity in the PCU

This is a unique chance to elevate your nursing career with a fulltime commitment for 13 weeks in a dynamic and fastpaced environment. As a Seasonal RN in our PCU youll work with highacuity patients tackling complex conditions such as heart failure arrhythmias and respiratory issues. Youll also play a critical role in postoperative cardiac care handling heart catheterizations pacemakers and more while gaining experience in advanced respiratory and kidney disease care. Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of prior experience working in a unit that provides care for patients with similar needs.

Seasonal Position Details:

• Fulltime work schedule required for at least 13 weeks

• 15% premium on base pay (Seasonal Premium)

• $1000 bonus after 30 days in position

• $1000 bonus after 60 days in position

• $2000 completion bonus after the 13week assignment

• No health benefits but eligible for 401(k)

• Deliver personalized goaldriven nursing care using your critical thinking and clinical expertise.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high standards of safety and quality for our patients.

• Educate patients and their families acting as a key resource and connection between them and the care team.

• Rapidly respond to changes in patient conditions working efficiently in a 1:3 nursetopatient ratio specially designed for highacuity care.

Schedule: Three 12hour shifts per week Nights (NOC) 7pm7am ()

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
