This entrylevel role follows a hybrid work schedule including two days per week in the Pearl River NY office and three days remotely subject to change as future business conditions may require.
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for handling the companys financial obligations to vendors suppliers and employee expenses. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of invoices adherence to company policies and maintenance of financial records. The specialist collaborates with various departments to resolve discrepancies and supports the finance team in achieving organizational financial goals.
Supervisory Responsibilities

The salary range for this role is $45000 $50000. The successful candidates salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position market considerations budgetary considerations geography as well as the candidates skill set level of experience and qualifications. Work Environment

Standard office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with occasional extended hours during peak periods.
