Ready for a rewarding career in Bar Harbor Maine Were hiring a Seasonal Housekeeper to join our hardworking team at the Bar Harbor Grand Hotel. This is a Full Time Seasonal position perfect for someone who enjoys making a meaningful impact while working in a picturesque setting.
As a Housekeeper youll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay. From making beds to polishing surfaces youll create a welcoming and pristine environment that guests will remember long after their visit. Guided by the General Manager youll work closely with team members to keep our beautiful property in top condition.
Youre not just cleaning rooms; youre crafting comfort. Your role is essential to providing a clean safe and inviting space for every guest.

Youll be working your magic on a seasonal basis at the Bar Harbor Grand Hotel in Bar Harbor Maine. This is a Full Time Seasonal position with varying shifts which may include mornings evenings weekends and holidays. The starting wage is $17 per hour.

Essential Duties
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas to our high standards.
- Change linens make beds and replenish towels and amenities.
- Dust vacuum and sanitize surfaces to maintain a spotless environment.
- Restock housekeeping supplies and report inventory needs.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills Required
- Positive teamoriented attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as bending lifting and standing for extended periods.

Education and Experience
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate.
