SUMMARY
Performs daily tasks maintains records and assists with special projects to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent and one year related experience or an associate degree. High proficiency in the use Word Outlook and Excel is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in oneonone and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract twodigit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money. Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals on an adding machine. Ability to compute percentage rates and commissions on an adding machine.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to pay close attention to detail when conducting all essential duties.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; bend; use hands to finger type handle and feel; talk and hear; reach with hands and arms. Repetitive arm movements regularly required for scanning tasks. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision depth perception color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
