About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Remote Hotel Booking Agent to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fastpaced environment. As a Hotel Booking Agent you will assist customers with booking hotel accommodations answering inquiries and providing excellent support to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with booking hotel rooms and related services through phone email or online channels.
- Provide customers with accurate and relevant information regarding hotel options rates and availability.
- Address customer concerns or inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with hotel partners to resolve issues and improve booking efficiency.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel services and destinations to offer the best recommendations.
- Achieve performance metrics related to customer satisfaction booking accuracy and response time.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic knowledge of hotel booking platforms and reservation systems is a plus.
- High attention to detail and commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
