Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers a handson learning experience in daytoday operations logistics supply chain and project coordination. Youll support our operations team in driving efficiency analyzing processes and ensuring high service standards across our distribution network.

- Reports to: Operations Manager
- Duration: 3 months effective June 1 2025
- Employment Type: Paid Internship $20 per hour
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational tasks including order tracking inventory checks and logistics coordination
- Support the implementation and monitoring of supply chain processes
- Analyze operational data to identify trends inefficiencies or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales customer service and safety
- Help prepare reports documentation and SOPs for internal use
- Participate in planning meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Operations or a related field or a recent graduate
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Selfstarter with a willingness to learn in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
