Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented Strategy & Operations Associate to join our team remotely. In this role you will support strategic initiatives and improve daytoday business operations by analyzing performance data identifying opportunities and helping drive execution across teams. This position requires a problemsolver with strong business acumen excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze operational data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives and crossfunctional projects
Develop reports dashboards and presentations for leadership decisionmaking
Collaborate with teams across departments to improve internal processes and align on goals
Support operational planning performance tracking and KPI development
Conduct market research and benchmarking as needed
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Economics or a related field
2 years of experience in operations strategy consulting or business analysis
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel PowerPoint and data tools (e.g. SQL Tableau or Google Sheets)
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
