Overview
Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient Coon Rapids MN
Location: 10091 Doogwood Street NW Coon Rapids MN 55448
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00a.m.6:00p.m.
Compensation: starting at $72000 annual base and up pending experience

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate treat direct and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues physicians patients family members and thirdparty payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
- Outpatient Clinical Rotation if current student
- Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician
- Valid State Physical Therapist License
- CPR certification
