Are you a detailoriented professional with experience in shipping receiving and warehouse operations Were hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join a wellestablished manufacturing team that supports critical industries including U.S. government and defense contracts. This position offers a consistent schedule handson work environment and excellent worklife balance with a 4day work week.

Position Highlights

• 4Day Work Week: Monday Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Competitive Pay: $20 $23/hour based on experience

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and any visible damage.
• Accurately document material receipts and move products to appropriate locations using a forklift as needed.
• Prepare and stage outgoing shipments according to customer specifications and freight documentation.
• Verify and complete shipping paperwork including freight bills and delivery confirmations.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and support other warehouse tasks as needed.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
• 6 months of experience in shipping receiving or warehouse operations preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with JobBoss or Proshop ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with shipping documentation and recordkeeping.
• Effective time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and comply with all federal work authorization requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing stooping crouching and reaching throughout the shift.
• Regular use of forklifts pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Exposure to airborne particles moving mechanical parts and moderate to high noise levels in the warehouse environment.
