You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailKlick Lewis Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to join our fastpaced Parts and Service Department in Palmyra PA. This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive teamoriented dealership thats been serving the community for over 60 years. Work with internal and external customers in person via phone and by email to accurately fulfill parts needs
Forecast inventory demands and place timely orders to maintain optimal stock levels
Monitor and manage parts inventory including warranty and core return parts
Accurately price parts to ensure profitability
Utilize the Dealer Management System for tracking selling and inventorying parts
Perform daytoday department duties such as checking in stock organizing bins conducting physical counts and creating special orders
Maintain a professional image while delivering outstanding customer service
Communicate effectively with team members and management about inventory needs vehicle repairs and customer concerns
Follow all safety and environmental regulations
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dealership environment
Proficient computer and phone skills
Strong math and problemsolving abilities
Solid knowledge of dealership operations service departments and parts processes
Attention to accuracy accountability and customer satisfaction
