Job Description
A national company with a facility in the Ypsilanti MI area is currently seeking FullTime Construction Project Managers to join their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for a Construction Project Managers looking for a company that offers excellent benefits including medical dental vision 401k as well as training growth competitive rates and excellent workhome life balance.
Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MF with hybrid flexible schedule.
Construction Project Managers rates are anticipated to be $80000 to $100000 annually with generous bonus potential and are based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate.
Qualified Construction Project Managers will have most if not all of the following skills and experience:
- 2 years of experience with estimating projects for structural steel aluminum or concrete
- Solid skills managing scope of work project bidding project timelines and deliverables is a must
- Must be experienced with steel aluminum glass or concrete construction
- Experience estimating projects tracking labor and project budgets
- Ability to travel up to 10% for projects as needed nationwide
- Must be able to work in the United States
- Must be able to complete standard prehire checks including background drug screen references etc.
