CatholicCare is offering a unique opportunity for a passionate and experienced leader to join us as the SIL/YAS Manager overseeing our Supported Independent Living and Young Adult Services (AfterCare) programs.
This permanent fulltime role based in Cardiff is your chance to lead services that support young people transitioning from statutory care to independent living.
Youll be responsible for the daytoday operations of these vital programs drive the growth and delivery of services and lead the recruitment of carers for our Permanency Support Programs funded by the Department of Communities and Justice. With a strong focus on creating a positive resilient team culture youll support and guide teams through change all while maintaining a traumainformed strengthsbased approach to leadership.
