Our Role
We are looking for a Registered Building Inspector to join our Wakefield team to assist in covering the Northeast region mainly the Newcastle area. We are keen to speak to customer focused Building Inspectors with plan checking and site inspection experience in residential and commercial projects.
You will need
- BSR registration at Class 2 A B & D as a minimum
- Membership of CABE CIOB RICS or equivalent
- Conversant with relevant legislation technical guidance and Industry Codes of Conduct
- Previous management experience
- An interest in developing staff and ensuring that the team receive regular candid and structured feedback on their performance
- Ability to manage a busy and mixed caseload of building control projects
- The ability to provide a clientled service
- A proactive attitude towards both our existing clients and fostering new relationships with prospective clients
- Current valid driving licence and the ability to drive to site
