Job Description
Care Worker
We are seeking compassionate Care Workers for fulltime or parttime positions in Chertsey (KT16) WaltononThames (KT12) Hersham New Haw Byfleet Addlestone (KT15) Molesey (KT8) and surrounding areas. Shifts are available between 7 am and 10 pm.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance).
Availability for one of the following shifts:
- Monday Friday: 7 am 5 pm or 5 pm 10 pm
- Saturday Sunday: 7 am 5 pm or 5 pm 10 pm
Guaranteed hour contracts are available subject to your availability and our capacity requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with physical or learning disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and companionship.
- Provide safe and compassionate care and support that is personcentred.
- Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the clients care plan.
- Create and maintain good communication with clients and other members of the support network.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
- Monitor and report any changes to care managers.
- Assess risks and needs reporting to the care manager.
- Adhere to all our policies aims.
Skills/Requirements:
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Always professional and polite.
- Proactive and able to use initiative during complex situations.
