Are you ready to join us

Working hand in hand with the People Partners and Managers the Learning & Development team is responsible for the internal training of Back Market employees. The subjects are diverse and varied as are the missions. Being up to date on HR trends and communication tools (Canva Confluence etc.) is strongly recommended to join this team in a caring and constantly evolving environment! Then the only limit is your imagination !

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):

    • Serve as a superadmin of the Learning Management System (LMS) and oversee the annual learning calendar for non digital initiatives
    • Setup & input training events oversee registrations coordinate recurrent internal & external initiatives and manage reporting and analytics
    • Ensure the training follow up is accurate and up to date
    • Follow the training budget and provide overview at any time mostly each quarter
    • Liaise with internal (People Partners Managers) and external (listed in our catalog training provider)stakeholders to manage learning needs priorities and training requests aligned with business goals and objectives. eg : constitute a group for Management Academy sessions launch parental engagement workshops
    • Manage training logistics with our providers (Meet/Zoom links; sending prework and postwork); communicate directly with participants at all levels and contribute to a positive learner experience by anticipating and responding to participant and facilitator needs
    • Invent new fun & unique ways to promote courses/learning opportunities to all employees!

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF:

    • Youre looking for a 1 year apprenticeship (workstudy program) starting between July and September 2025 !
    • You have a firsthand experience in similar roles before internships student associations or volunteering anything !
    • English is a nobrainer for you. Work fully in English!
    • You understand how to work in a fastpaced environment with multiple offices culture and remotely by also managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines simultaneously.
    • You are organized with great attention to detail feel very confident in your analytical skills.
    • You have strong communication skills easily connect with others and have a natural tendency to care for people.
    • You are empathetic and enthusiastic and can easily adapt to any situation.
    • Relevant skills/tools : Canva HR Information Systems Learning Management System Training Management System Excel.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

    • HR interview (videocall on Zoom) with the Campus Manager / Recruiter (30 min)
    • Preparation of an home assignment youll present during the next step
    • Technical and cultural fit interview with the managers Marion & Pauline (1hour)

ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP:

    • Starting date is from July to September / October 2025.
    • Duration: 12 months ideally (or 14/15 months if start date in July).
    • Location: Bordeaux France.
    • You must be enrolled in a workstudy program (formation en alternance) with a French school who provides the relevant contract (contrat dapprentissage).
