The Opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy and work in a team dedicated to creating a future where innovative digital technologies allow greater access to cleaner energy.
As an R&D Engineer you will join our South Europe Technology Center in Zaragoza leading continuous research and development activities on transformers. You will contribute to the development of projects related to the mechanical performance of dry transformers.
As part of a highly skilled Technology Center and the global Hitachi Energy R&D community you will run projects and contribute to the successful roadmap execution. To excel in this role you need initiative creativity and great attention to detail. You will learn and grow by collaborating with experts and contributing to impactful projects.
How youll make an impact
Programming and usage of automated acquisition systems.
Design of acquisition hardware and digital signal processing stages.
Analysis of highfrequency equivalent circuits.
Reporting and documentation management.
Provide technical support to factories salespeople and customers.

Contribute to the successful execution of the R&D roadmap.
Collaborate with a global team of experts.
Your background
MSc in Electronic Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering.
Experience in the usage of EDA/ECAD tools especially LTSpice Altium and KiCad. Knowledge of ATPEMTP is valued.
Experience with Matlab.
Knowledge of EMC and highspeed design is valued.
Fluent in Spanish and English both written and spoken.
Collaborative and solutionoriented approach.
