With great plans big things happening and an exciting program of projects to help deliver safe secure and sustainable water services into the future youll use your extensive communications and engagement skills to make sure our customers stakeholders and the community know about the great things were planning. Youll lead a tightknit team delivering project communications and engagement plans and our media relations program.
We are seeking an incredibly well organised and energetic individual who isnt afraid of a deadline or the unexpected. We want a natural problem solver who remains cool in a crisis is planned and methodical someone who writes like a pro constantly thinks about the customer and their needs and advocates for these needs back into the business.
Each day will vary from crafting engaging factual content to communicating with customers and stakeholders. At times youll be onsite to understand project impacts firsthand always with a focus on effective communication and engagement.
Youll become a trusted advisor for your colleagues understanding their needs and delivering timely accurate and proactive advice and communication to support important projects and activities.

Salary:
The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 4 $93548 $112895 superannuation salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
