Executive Assistant Tenant Advisory Logistics & IndustrialJob Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the National Director Tenant Advisory Group Logistics & Industrial as well as administrative assistance to the broader national team. This is a pivotal role that offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to one of Australias leading real estate advisory groups.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Proactive management of the National Directors calendar email correspondence and travel arrangements (domestic and international)
Coordination of team meetings video conferences and external stakeholder engagements
Preparation of highquality presentations reports proposals and legal documentation
Support for client campaigns including marketing collateral vendor reports enquiry registers and legal coordination
Maintenance of LinkedIn profiles and professional branding for the team
Expense reconciliation and administrative reporting
Event planning and coordination including liaison with internal marketing and frontofhouse teams
Data and analytics support as well as research and document production across team projects
Development and maintenance of effective internal and external stakeholder relationships
Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in a senior executive assistant or highlevel administrative role
Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail time management and the ability to manage competing priorities
High degree of discretion and confidentiality
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Adobe InDesign
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fastpaced dynamic environment
Experience in document presentation office coordination and team support functions
