70 100k bonus structure
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic BCBA Recruiter to join our growing team. In this critical role youll be responsible for sourcing screening and onboarding toptier BCBAs and behavioral health professionals across multiple states. If you have a passion for recruitment and an understanding of the clinical and regulatory nuances in ABA therapy we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full hiring process for BCBAs and RBTs including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring.
Work closely with clinical leaders to understand staffing needs and case coverage.
Find and attract candidates using job boards social media referrals and outreach.
Help fill positions quickly and correctly across multiple states.
Keep track of hiring progress and report on things like timetofill and open roles.
Make sure every candidate has a smooth and professional experience.
Follow all state rules for licenses background checks and credentials.
Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure new hires start smoothly
Qualifications:
2 years of recruitment experience ideally in healthcare ABA or behavioral health.
Familiarity with BCBA credentialing licensing and certification processes is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly with candidates and teams.
Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates using creative and persistent tactics.
Organized fastpaced and selfmotivated with a solutionoriented mindset.
Experience recruiting across multiple states or in remote environments is a plus.
Preferred:
Understanding of ABA therapy models and staffing structures.
Prior experience working in or recruiting for ABA behavioral health or special education settings.
