Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative.
Schedule: 40 hours per week MondayFriday 8:30am5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service standards through call quality problem solving ownership over any customer issue and going above and beyond to address all needs.
- Maintaining customer records by logging and retaining accurate and detailed information in (CRM).
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
- All applicants must be highly detail oriented and have outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage guests.
Qualifications
A successful associate will be results oriented selfmotivated able to meet deadlines build relationships and enjoy a team environment in addition to having the following:
- 03 years proven experience preferred.
- Showroom product knowledge preferred
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Communicates well both written and verbally.
- Strong customer service skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Ability to react well in a fastpaced environment & follow through on commitments

Pay Range:
$21.51 $35.89Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
