Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly organized and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers you will play a crucial role in reassuring a positive and efficient experience. You will be responsible for handling incomng calls sceduling appointments addressing inquiries and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls and customer messages promptly and professionally.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and provide accurate information about our services.
- Schedule service appointments efficiently considering technician availability and customer preferences.
- Confirm appointments with customers and provide necessary details
- Create and update customer accounts and service records in our system.
- Process payments and generate invoices accurately.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and deescalte issues appropriately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing data entry and email correspondence.
- Collaborate effectively wiht plumbers and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a servicebased industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communitcation skills
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Proficience in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfocused attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
