Job Description
A wellestablished company in the manufacturing space is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to take full ownership of programming and managing CNC machinery. This handson role requires deep knowledge of CNC operations and the ability to develop precise programs that ensure accuracy efficiency and product quality.
Responsibilities Include:
Program set up and operate CNC machines for production runs.
Create and modify CNC programs to meet specific job requirements and tolerances.
Interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications to guide programming.
Troubleshoot issues with programs or machinery and make adjustments as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and ensure machine efficiency and safety.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve workflow and output quality.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Gcode CAM software and CNC machine operation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Detailoriented with strong problemsolving and organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently and managing machine operations.
