Job Title: Robot Repair Technician

Location:Evansville IN

Compensation: $19.00 per hour depending on experience

Position Summary

In this role you will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and testing CCTV inspection equipment including printed circuit boards and electronic components. You will play a critical part in ensuring that field equipment is restored to optimal working condition in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with electronics repair a strong understanding of robotic systems and a detailoriented approach to troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting and repair on printed circuit boards and related electronic equipment tothe component level.

  • Perform sub assembly and final assembly on a wide range of electronic and robotic components and devices.

  • Refer to and follow prescribed procedures and testing instructions related to specified systems and types of equipment being repaired.

  • Complete repairs based on prescribed procedures and testing and document work actions in computer system.

  • Document work actions in appropriate computer system and/or via other authorized method of recordkeeping.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associates Degree or Certification in Electronic Engineering/Technology preferred

  • Experience performing componentlevel troubleshooting and repair for printed circuit boards and/or related hardware/systems

  • Telecommunications hardware/board experience preferred;

  • Ability to work both with and without schematics/documentation preferred

  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and preemployment drug screen required as a condition of employment

  • Valid Drivers License with a good driving record

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Experience with printed circuit boards and selected electronic equipment preferred

  • Experience using hand solder components fixtures etc. without damaging equipment preferred

  • Experience using MS Office and other computer software programs.

Pay:

  • $19.00 per hour depending on experience
