Pattern fit alter tailor and construct costumes in accordance with interpretation of Costume Designers renderings.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

The Manager of Sales Services at Arena Stage is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the Sales Office. This includes supervising the Sales Associate staff ensuring efficient office operations and managing the processing of subscriptions and single tickets. The successful candidate will maintain operational excellence during business hours coordinate the scheduling training and hiring of Sales Associates and actively participate in outbound sales efforts to promote the subscription season. Additionally the Manager will oversee will call preparations manage sales from thirdparty sources and ensure the highest level of customer service is upheld addressing any issues promptly and effectively. This role is integral to the financial and operational success of Arena Stage requiring a dynamic individual who can lead a team and make strategic decisions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years customer service or related experience (full or part time); an associates or higher degree in a related field (theatre hospitality marketing) can substitute for up to six months of experience.
  • Previous ticket sales experience preferred; arts background or passion preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervises Sales Associate staff in daytoday operations of the Sales Office including subscription and single ticket processing and allocates specific responsibilities to accommodate job tasks.
  • Maintains efficient operations of the Sales Office throughout business hours including the scheduling training and hiring of Sales Associates.
  • Engages alongside their team in outbound calls to Arena patron base to sell upsell and/or crosssell the subscription season once it is announced.
  • Fulfills sales from thirdparty sources such as TodayTix
  • Oversees will call preparations including batch printing tickets assigning house seats and communicating with House Management Staff about any issues that may arise during patron loadin.
  • Checks and posts associate sales batches in Tessitura daily.
  • Processes complimentary and paid ticket requests for patrons staff press and donors.
  • Completes daily and weekly pricing reports implementing pricing updates and changes regularly.
  • Builds promo codes and other online functionality within the TNew ticketing path to sell tickets.
  • Completes financial capacity and other reports and projects as assigned.
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service and handle any issues that arise.

SCHEDULE:

The successful fulltime candidate for this job will work five days out of Tuesday Sunday from 11:458:15; generally this is scheduled as TuesdayFriday and one weekend day. Any changes in scheduling based on office needs will be discussed and where possible at least two weeks notice will be given.
