Job Summary
A Wider Circle is a missiondriven nonprofit dedicated to strengthening communities and improving lives through essential social services. We are seeking a passionate and resultsoriented Development Manager for Individual Giving to serve as a core team member responsible for growing our individual donor program. This role plays a critical part in securing philanthropic support from individuals at all giving levels with a focus on cultivating relationships stewardship and developing strategies to increase annual and longterm giving.
The Development Manager will work closely with the Development team program staff and executive leadership to align donor engagement efforts with organizational priorities. This is an exciting opportunity for a development professional who thrives on relationshipbuilding storytelling and strategic fundraising.
