Manager Program Management ALX (Amazonian Leadership eXperiences)
The ALX team is seeking a Manager Program Management to lead a highperforming group of Program Managers and Content owners. This team is responsible for defining strategy launching programs and operating core services across our talent management platforms and leadership experience journeys.
Key job responsibilities As the leader of this team you will:
Drive strategy and execution across multiple programs and content initiatives. Stay close to user feedback identifying pain points and inefficiencies. Develop and implement short and longterm solutions to optimize experiences. Champion the adoption of AI tools and technologies to improve program efficiency personalization and content creation. Set the vision and operational bar for program and content excellence. Influence at scale by partnering with internal stakeholders and scaling mechanisms and programs that support talent movement Primary owner of our mechanism including MPRs MBRs and team huddles
5 years of team management experience 5 years of cross functional project delivery experience 5 years of program or project management experience 5 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience Bachelors degree Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience managing analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
