What youll do
You will be contributing to the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical plan for the assigned V&I products throughout their lifecycle and will oversee the success of designated projects that truly deliver for patients healthcare providers and AZ. You will be directly accountable for the impact of designated projects in the V&I therapeutic area in Romania and will deliver this by innovating and competing effectively through cohesive global and local crossfunctional working.
Key responsibilities
- Understands and articulates the patients perspective from the moment of diagnosis and throughout their journey. Uses this and marketplace insight to deliver effective and competitive strategic and tactical marketing plans;
- Create innovative business plans encouraging the broader crossfunctional team to take smart risks and apply ambitious metrics and is accountable for the success of the plan
- Develop of strategic plan at the account level identify opportunities and shape tailormade initiatives for the brand
- Build partnerships and networks with external and internal stakeholders and ensure optimal flow of business serving as a central connection amongst team members
- Drive broader crossfunctional teams and organizations engagement to achieve goals
Your profile
- Bachelors degree preferably in a scientific or business discipline
- Relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical commercial field ideally with a brand management role or assignments in specialty care (immunology / biologic products would be an advantage);
- Patientcentric approach with thorough knowledge of patient flow/journey.
- Strategic thinking and brand strategy a strong understanding of brand building and clear strategic and imaginative thinking
- Collaborative and inclusive; ability to work in an organization with crossfunctional diverse teams
- Analytical thinking and data synthesis ability
- Resultoriented mindset
- Curiousness and learning agility
- Effective stakeholder and relationship management experience; able to interact with multiple levels within and outside of AZ
- Understanding of Account Planning and Customer Management
- Solid literacy of the digital environment and an omnichannel approach
- Excellent communication skills written and presentation in Romanian and English
- High ethical standards
