Were on the lookout for a cheerful customerfocused Juice Bar Manager to be the heart and soul
of our inhouse juice bar! If you love creating fresh juices and smoothies enjoy brightening peoples
day and have topnotch attention to detail efficiency and cleanlinessthis is the role for you.
As the face of our juice bar youll play a key role in making our office the best place to work in
Brighton. Youll be serving up daily doses of vitamins and joy welcoming our incredible team and
international guests with a smile and ensuring our juice bar runs smoothly.
What Youll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving fresh juices smoothies and other tuck shop essentials.
- Ordering and managing stock from our trusted suppliers.
- Running the juice bar independentlyincluding opening and closing.
- Keeping up with the paceensuring speedy topquality service.
- Managing the till tracking trends and reporting insights to the workspace manager.
- Being a shining beacon of positivityyou set the vibe!
- Representing Octopus with a smart and professional attitude.
- Training others in juicemaking and bar operations.
- Maintaining top hygiene and cleanliness (food hygiene training provided if needed).
- Working efficiently in a fastpaced highenergy environment.
What Were Looking For
- Experience in a food/beverage setting (bonus if youve worked with fresh juices!).
- A passion for hospitality great food and spreading good vibes.
- Confidence in customer serviceyou thrive on interactions!
- Reliability organization and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive cando attitude that makes things happen.
- Availability to start early and work 30 hours per week (8:30 AM 2:30 PM).
