Shepherd Neame is on the hunt for an experienced and charismatic General Manager to lead the reopening of The White Horse & you have a proven track record of managing teams within the hospitality or service sectors combined with handson experience in new pub openings or relaunches this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The White Horse & Bower located in the heart of Westminster is a welcoming pub with a prime location near the Houses of Parliament Victoria Station St. Jamess Park and Londons famous Tate Britain. With its diverse customer base and vibrant surroundings this is your chance to transform a local gem into a thriving hub of exceptional food drink and hospitality.
As an ambassador for Shepherd Neame you will foster a culture of inclusivity and excellence within your team ensuring every customer enjoys outstanding service. Drawing on your experience with new openings youll take the lead in establishing strong foundations for this exciting venture. With the support of your Operations Manager you will drive business growth customer satisfaction and longterm success at this vibrant local.

An independent family business we boast an awardwinning visitor centre and more than 300 pubs and hotels throughout London and the South East from the historic heart of the City to the Kent coastline. We employ around 1500 team members across our pub estate and more than 270 at our Brewery and Support Office.
