We have ananticipated need for an Administrative Assistant to start for the 202526 School Year. This is a fulltime (10 month) position to work 184 days 8 hours a day following the regular school calendar.
This is a fulltime position to start August 25 2025.

Qualifications:
School Diploma
in basic office procedures
in computer operations
to demonstrate flexibility diplomacy confidentiality and excellentorganizational skills
Performance Responsibilities
General:
daily with the Executive Assistant to determine priority of business.
transfer make return telephone calls as required.
send out and pick up student lunch orders as needed.
mail.
in maintaining all student records and files.
in maintaining daily and monthly attendance records.
set up forms lists and tasks as needed to properly organize the functionality of the school.
and coordinate the building bulletin boards and display case.
coordinate special occasions such as graduation and holiday events.
Other:
duties as assigned by the Pilgrim Academy Executive Assistant Director and Assistant Director.
all rules and regulations as required by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).
