JOB OPPORTUNITY COLLECTIONS AND RECOVERY TEAM LEAD
Location: St. Tammany Washington and TangipahoaParishes Louisiana

We are a regional leader in consumer installment and real estate lendingproudly serving our communities for over 70 years. We are seeking a motivated Collectionsand Recovery Team Lead to spearhead our recovery efforts andlegal collections process.
Position Overview:
The Collections and Recovery Team Lead will oversee collections staff directlegal recovery actions and drive branch performance. This role combinesoperational leadership with handson legal collections management to maximizerecoveries and uphold company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead supervise and mentor collections staffacross branch locations.
Oversee legal recovery efforts including:
oFiling and pursuing small claims lawsuits.
oAppearing before justices of the peace andmunicipal courts.
oPursuing garnishments and postjudgmentremedies.
Train and support branch collectors in bestcollection practices.
Push collectors to achieve recovery rate targetsand maintain accountability.
Assist with escalated and complex collectioncases.
Analyze trends and provide regular reports tomanagement.
Collaborate on repossessions foreclosures andrecovery of real estate secured loans.
Qualifications:
3 years of collections experience withsupervisory responsibilities.
Experience with legal recovery actions and courtprocesses preferred.
Strong knowledge of collection laws and recoverystrategies.
Excellent leadership communication andcoaching skills.
Proficiency with collections software and MSOffice.
