Job Summary:
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support to the Marketing Reps and Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
Send out renewal letters to current insureds every month.
Obtain loss report info from current & past insurance companies for upcoming renewals and prospective clients.
Assist the Marketing Reps in doing vehicle and driver schedules and ordering motor vehicle reports.
Other clerical duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Must be organized detailoriented able to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work effectively with others
Have a positive teamoriented attitude to work with a large variety of responsibilities.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Computer skill including Word Excel and Outlook.
12 commercial insurance industry preferred but not required.
Knowledge or Applied EPIC systems preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Examples:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Pay Details:
