For more information on AGas and our environmental journey please go to Americas is looking for a bright energetic and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Rhome TX. You will need to have great communication skills both verbally and written and have the interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong professional relationships with all AGas customers.
This is an exciting opportunity that requires strong attention to detail working well with a team and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of internal customer support and proactive account management
- Answer and direct phone calls as necessary
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with internal/external customers through open and interactive communication written and verbal.
- Work to ensure customer account accuracy.
- Provide sales with available inventory count and lead times.
- Track specialty orders.
- Process RMAs efficiently and timely.
- Coordinate crossdepartmentally with operation logistics and finance.
- Work to alleviate customer complaints.
- Efficiently and accurately input customer orders into the system.
- Order tracking
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure invoicing is completed accurately and timely.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience Knowledge and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- 2 years in Customer Service
- AP/AR experience is a plus
- Ability to organize prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office SAP SalesForce Excel and other Internet applications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Team Player
- Selfstarter
- Eager to learn
