Job Summary:
The Online Custom Order Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in providing exceptional customer service by monitoring and placing custom orders with OEMs. You will build strong relationships with 2nd Swing Club Fitters and OEM teams and contribute to a positive online experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Execute OFS custom order core processes
- Achieve golfer (NPS) satisfaction through all touch points
- Contribute to overall job satisfaction (iNPS)
- Problem solve issues with orders
- Monitors custom orders and communicates lead times on inventory
- Assists with team member order inquiries
- Reviews new instock club order
- Calls & emails returned within 24 hours
- Ensure website is uptodate with custom order availability
- Places team member PUD orders
- Tracks sales for new customer order product launches
- Updates the Do Not Fit list
- Complete all training and 2nd Swing University (2SU) requirements
- Support other store functions as needed
Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Familiarity with: GSuite Netsuite UKG Counterpoint OEM portals
- Excellent communication skills problem solving and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn about golf equipment
- Personable energetic and professional with a passion for the game of golf
Preferred Education & Experience:
- College degree
- Above average level of golf equipment knowledge
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work 40 hours per week as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons.
- Prolonged periods of sitting standing and bending.
