- 20% of role field based; 20% of roll virtual; 60% of roll office based
Requirements:
- Demonstrate superb communication abilities fostering strong relationships with clients
- Show empathy and a commitment to providing toptier customer service and care
- Preference for experience in customer service healthcare or the home care industry
- Ability to multitask effectively and handle various tasks simultaneously with ease
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to the needs of the week
- Ability to travel throughout service area
