Job Description

The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting program development and strategic initiatives within the Explorer Market. This role focuses on driving scalability and efficiency through datadriven insights process automation and crossfunctional collaboration. The Analyst will contribute to and drive different activities with Aledade Departments and internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually defined goals and further the program development of the Explorer Market. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking strong analytical skills and creative approach to problem solving.

Primary Duties:

    • Support the development and refinement of processes within the Explorer market to ensure alignment with business goals and scalability.
    • Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and tools that enhance operational efficiency with the market.
    • Create and maintain process documentation SOPs and training materials to support standardization and effective adoption of procedures across the department.
    • Collaborate crossfunctionally with teams across the organization to support datainformed business decisions.
    • Generate monthly reports and data analysis to drive improved performance

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
    • 1 years of relevant work and/or internship experience
    • Experience using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool and comfortable with formulas and creating pivot tables. Experience using Microsoft Tools
    • Curiosity to problem solve and grow Aledades portfolio of services
    • Proven track record of accountability and project success
    • Highly organized and proactive in raising questions around clarity prioritization blockers and other points to drive assigned tasks forward
    • A collaborative team player with a rollupyoursleeves mentality
    • Intense attention to detail and data quality assurance; ability to validate results and investigate abnormalities or unexpected results
    • Demonstrated ability to conduct nuanced analyses to produce accurate and unbiased results and tell the story of those results in data visualizations and reports.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

    • Experience using Tableau Mailchimp and Google Suite
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to travel 13 times a year for team/company retreats.
