Responsible for effectively managing the operations of our sports book and fostering a highperforming welcoming environment that is focused on customer service and compliance. Maintain a consistent brand image in the Sportsbook in line with company guidelines and ensure that the Sportsbook is presented to the highest possible standard at all times.

Delivery of the Operations objectives within a Sportsbook evidence to support implementation of agreed actions from the quarterly business reviews actively seeks to be better than the competition manages and raises team awareness of regulatory standards and requirements ensures team focus in exceeding sales targets and maximizes profitability monitors customers betting activity to identify possible profitable/non profitable business manages the delivery of required Sportsbook trading and merchandising standards & ensure management of controllable costs manages the in shop coaching and development of all Sportsbook staff to maximize the potential of every member of the team.
GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values service standards and family style service.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence have excellent communication skills and observation skills and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off nights weekends holidays and overtime as needed.
