Job Description

What you will do:

  • Execute a robust talent offense by attracting developing retaining and engaging top talent while driving personal/professional growth of individuals the team and delivering high quality results with passion energy and drive.
  • Drive New Product Development strategy and process excellence into Electrical and Mechanical Engineering teams.
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for discipline in work execution ensuring strategic process excellence technical rigor and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and leverage cross business unit resources to meet project milestones and enhance delivery.
  • Collaborate with the R&D leadership team on the creation and development of a NPD technical roadmap building a skilled team to meet technical requirements and project milestones.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional leaders to ensure alignment and support in achieving technical roadmap goals with a focus on skillset development.
  • Participate in cost center budget creation projections and tracking activities.
  • Contribute and execute customer facing activities like Voice of Customer and customer centric design in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

What you need:

  • Bachelors degree in electrical engineering mechanical engineering biomedical engineering or related discipline
  • 8 years of engineering management or related experience
  • People management experience required
  • Project management experience preferred

Travel Percentage: 20%
