In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our natural science products reach our customers in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to detail organizational skills and dedication to customer satisfaction will be key in helping us achieve our mission of promoting health and wellbeing through natural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick pack and ship customer orders
- Inspect all outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy
- Maintain organized and tidy shipping area
- Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping and logistics preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
