We are now looking for an Engineering manager within QA for our HQ in Lund. Are you the one we are looking for
Who is your future team
With our increased focus on cloud connected solutions we have created a new test team called Connected Device Test. The team consists of about 15 happy and forward individuals that value teamwork and each other. With us you are encouraged to dare to take on new challenges and contribute to us constantly improving. Our test engineers sit together and collaborate closely with developers and with internal and external partners. We want to be at the forefront of new ways of working and strive for a culture where everyone can be themselves creative and innovative every day!
Aside from this team you will also be part of the management team for the Connected & Platform Test department. In addition we work very closely with our corresponding development managers. Together our goal is to help and support each other so that together we can develop and improve the business and make everyday life easier for our employees.
What youll do here as an Engineering manager within QA
In this role you will lead a team both operational and strategic. You will support coach and help your team to develop and you will constantly work to improve our testing operations both short and longterm.
You will collaborate with managers outside of the management team work closely with your colleagues within your own management team and keep a dialog with both internal and external partners. Together with the product manager program manager and project managers you will work to continuously collaborate on test strategies priorities and functional changes.

You combine the ability to listen and coach with being able to make decisions and find a good balance between these. You are driven and strive to identify implement and follow up development opportunities and are not afraid to think outside of the box.
Wed love to hear that you have previous experience in both software testing and some kind of leading role.
