Nursing Home Manager

Our client is proud to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nursequalified leader to take the helm of a warm and welcoming purposebuilt nursing home that provides exceptional care for older adults including those living with dementia.

Set in a beautifully designed facility with a strong reputation for quality and compassion the service is now seeking a Nursing Home Manager to guide the team in delivering outstanding personcentred care. Whether youre an experienced Home Manager or a confident Deputy with at least 3 years experience looking to step up this is a chance to join a service where your clinical and leadership skills will be valued and supported.

This is a fulltime permanent role with a competitive salary ofdepending on experience. You will be leading a dedicated team in a vibrant supportive environment with a clear focus on delivering exceptional standards in both nursing and dementia care.

What Youll Need:

  • A valid NMC pin (RN qualified).
  • Proven leadership experience within a nursing home environment.
  • At least 3 years experience in a Deputy Nurse Manager position (if stepping up) or experience as a current Nursing Home Manager or above.
  • Strong knowledge of dementia and elderly care best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with a genuine passion for highquality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daytoday running of the home ensuring the highest quality of care is maintained.
  • Lead and inspire a team of care and nursing staff to uphold a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards working closely with external agencies and families.
  • Manage budgets staffing levels and clinical governance effectively.
  • Champion personcentred care and support staff development through regular supervision training and mentoring.
