What Youll Do:
- Build and develop relationships with Engineering Directors Operations Managers HR Leaders and other senior stakeholders in technical industries worldwide.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities manage the full recruitment cycle and help clients solve their talent and technical challenges.
- Utilise our worldclass recruitment tools including psychometric testing and our proprietary online candidate evaluation platform to deliver exceptional results.
- Represent Mercury Hamptons full suite of services from talent acquisition to leadership assessment and performance solutions.
- Work closely with our team to drive revenue growth crosssell solutions and deliver outstanding client service.
- Enjoy the freedom to do whats right for clientsno pressure to hit arbitrary targets or squeeze every penny.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in recruitment business development technical sales account management or a related commercial or technical rolerecruitment experience is welcome but not essential.
- A consultative solutiondriven approach to client management.
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills comfortable engaging with seniorlevel decisionmakers.
- Selfmotivation ambition and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
- An understanding of how organisations operate ideally within engineering manufacturing or infrastructure but we welcome applicants from all technical backgrounds.
- A willingness to bring your transferable skills and develop new ones with our support.
