Overview
Join a team at the forefront of datadriven innovation where youll shape transformative solutions in the Manufacturing industry. In this role youll leverage your specialized expertise to drive impactful data and analytics solutions tailored to unique industry challenges and opportunities. Youll collaborate closely with our sales team to understand client needs propose customized solutions and showcase the value of Adastras offerings.
Location: Across Canada
Position Type: Contract estimated duration of 1 year with the possibility of extension
Employment Type: PartTime (46 hours per week during regular business hours)
Work Type: Hybrid occasional onsite presence required for meetings
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing challenges including supply chain optimization predictive maintenance and quality control
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients understanding their specific pain points and business objectives
- Design and present custom solution proposals that highlight Adastras capabilities in data management advanced analytics and AI/ML
- Conduct proofofconcept demonstrations to validate the feasibility and value of Adastras offerings for manufacturing clients
- Serve as a subject matter expert offering technical and industryspecific guidance to the sales team and clients
- Stay up to date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to ensure Adastras solutions remain competitive and relevant
Qualifications Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry at an executive level with a strong grasp of operational processes supply chain management and datadriven decisionmaking
- Experience in the usage of data analytics business intelligence and applications of technologies such as Industry 4.0 IoT and predictive analytics in manufacturing
- Executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience in presales or solution engineering within a consulting or technology services environment is preferred
Nice to Have:
- A track record of successful presales or solution engineering experience preferably within a consulting or technology services environment
