Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Project Engineer responsible for managing CAPEX projects in various areas such as process piping (clean and nonclean) HVAC installations civil works clean rooms and utility equipment. All in GMP and nonGMP areas.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create project cost estimates and conduct value improvement reviews
- Generate all necessary project management documents plans and reviews such as risk assessments project charters project scope statements procurement planning quality planning and functional specifications
- Determine technical solutions
- Handle project HSE management and conduct project safety reviews
- Develop and execute the Project Execution Plan including supervising installation
- Produce review and approve projectbased drawings lists schedules diagrams layouts calculations and datasheets
- Conduct FAT/SAT/inspections of new equipment in the project
- Manage commissioning activities
- Address project deficiencies and deviations
- Formulate and execute project execution strategies that cater to customer needs in terms of cost schedule quality and functionality
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of engineering experience with 2 years spent on investment projects in the Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry
- Deep knowledge of HSE and GxP/QA
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Dutch
