Our client in the Pharmaceutical industry is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to drive direct sales of their OTC product range to independent pharmacies and dispensing doctors across the Free State and Northern Cape region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a resultsdriven individual to build and nurture strong relationships with key healthcare professionals while managing and growing a designated sales territory.
Role is based in Bloemfontein.
Requirements:- A Diploma or Degree.
- At least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- A passion for building relationships and driving sales in the healthcare industry.
- The role requires travel within your designated territory including both planned and adhoc business trips.
- Regular overnight stays away from home are expected.
- A valid drivers license and a reliable motor vehicle are essential for this position.

- Territory Management: Plan and manage your sales territory through thorough analysis customer targeting and optimizing call coverage to maximize opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong lasting relationships with key customers ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries resolving issues promptly and offering continuous support.
- Expense Management: Efficiently manage and control territory expenses to ensure alignment with company guidelines.
- Data and Reporting: Compile update and share a comprehensive database of targeted customers and industry contacts regularly.
- Compliance: Adhere to Pharmacovigilance policies and company procedures to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.
- Call Rate Achievement: Meet the daily call rate as outlined by management to ensure consistent outreach and sales performance.
