City of Newcastle is currently seeking a motivated and serviceoriented Development Officer (Duty) to join our Planning and Development team.
As the Development Officer (Duty) you will act as the first point of contact in providing consistent professional advice to external and internal customers regarding development proposals and related applications.
Your role will be critical in ensuring that development applications and planning matters for new developments within the City of Newcastle are addressed efficiently professionally and in compliance with relevant policies and legislation.

- 35hour working week with flexible/hybrid work arrangements/model as well as an optional 9day fortnight

Remuneration: $98148.01 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment 11.5% Superannuation per annum for a 35hour week
