From layout build install and repair service we offer industrial storage handling and dock and door solutions for clients.
Heres what youll be doing:
- Account Coordinators work in a fastpaced environment using their verbal written and relationship skills to support the Outside Sales Reps and customers by handling all incoming Customer Service calls emails and chats.
- Input orders and issue POs to vendors. Work with freight company or vendor to secure best freight cost and delivery for customer.
- Account Coordinators provide exceptional customer service and followup keeping internal and external customers informed throughout the process.
- Assist Sales Team and customer with project management correcting problems and working to ensure deliveries and installations run smoothly. A great attitude and passion for solving problems and dealing with lastminute changes are an important part of this job.

- Familiar with how CRM/ERP systems work and be computer/tech savvy.

- Pay: $50000 to $57000 a year (depending on experience)
